Senior Partner

I attended Dover Grammar School for Girls many years ago and read law at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 1991. I then completed my Law Society finals at the London College of Law.

I was fortunate to be offered a training contract locally with Hardmans and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. I became a Partner in 2001, and Senior Partner in 2004, after the untimely death of our previous Senior Partner, Jonathan Daniell.

I specialise in all types of family law and am a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme. I have also written for “the Kentish Partnership” on Civil Partnerships.

I practised in Wills and Probate early in my career, and continue to undertake residential conveyancing and feel I am particularly adept at grasping complex issues, which cross over into other areas of law. I have been instructed in a number of “big money” financial remedy cases and have experience in all Courts, up to the Court of Appeal. I believe that it is vitally important to listen to my clients and provide sensible pragmatic advice at all times.

Outside of the office, I enjoy attempting to become a better cook and travelling with my husband. I can also sometimes be seen competing at dog agility competitions with my pug cross, Arachis.
