Stamp Duty Changes

From 1 April 2025, SDLT rates will be revised. If your transaction has not completed by this date, the amount of stamp duty you are required to pay may increase. There are various factors beyond our control, and involving third parties, which may prevent us from meeting this deadline for all clients. As such, we cannot guarantee that your transaction will be completed before 1 April. We will not be responsible for any additional SDLT which may be payable by you, please therefore only proceed if you have sufficient funds to cover the additional amount payable.
