Are you a talented and motivated junior paralegal or junior solicitor looking to join a well respected and established local friendly practice with a dynamic and supportive private client team? We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our firm preferably on a part-time basis (3 days per week but more hours and full-time may be considered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection applications.
- Assisting with and managing conveyancing matters (with necessary supervision), from initial client contact to completion.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Managing your own workload effectively and meeting deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
- A sound academic background and relevant legal experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good work/life balance
